Define the serving, then the blend.

How the powder will be used matters as much as its ingredient list. Give us the serving weight, water volume and preparation method, along with the taste and texture you have in mind. That gives us a practical starting point for samples.

Botanical extracts, powders and raw ingredients are our core business. For private-label blends, we review ingredient specifications, carriers, flavoring and the packing route with our manufacturing partners. Bulk ingredient supply and finished-product development have separate specifications.

Drink mixes

Define the serving weight, liquid volume and temperature. Discuss flavor, sweetness, dispersion, sediment and the expected appearance of the prepared drink.

Direct-use powders & granules

Review portion size, mouthfeel and flavor for products intended to be used without mixing. Particle characteristics and the formula need to suit the intended instructions.

Formula & ingredient specifications

Share ingredient identity, grade, carriers, allergen information and the destination market. Confirm the tests and documents required for the blend, together with its intended preparation and storage conditions.

Use the agreed serving and preparation method when comparing samples. Changing water volume or temperature can change flavor and dispersibility.

Blend & portion

Agree on blend specifications, relevant uniformity checks and target fill weight. A scoop is a volume measure; the amount it delivers depends on the powder.

Moisture & storage

Review barrier materials, resealing and storage conditions. Product stability and packaging need to be considered together, particularly for sensitive ingredients.

Can every botanical extract dissolve clearly in water?

No. Solubility and dispersibility depend on the ingredient, grade, carriers and formulation. Tell us the appearance and mixing behavior you need so suitable options can be reviewed.

Can you make individual serving packs?

We can discuss stick packs and sachets. Formula behavior, serving weight, packaging dimensions and the available filling route determine the final specification and minimum quantity.

Can the same blend be sold in sachets and a tub?

It may be possible, but each pack needs a separate review of fill quantity, portion measurement, moisture protection and artwork. Do not assume one pack approval covers the other.

Can I enquire about bulk ingredients instead of a finished blend?

Yes. Tell us the ingredient name, specification, intended application, destination country and quantity. We handle bulk ingredient enquiries separately from private-label formulation and packing. A raw-material specification or COA does not approve a finished retail product.
