Liposomal
ingredients.
Small structure. New possibilities.
Explore actives, understand the delivery system, and find a starting point for your next formulation.
01 / The science
Inside the
liposome.
AAqueous core
Water-compatible actives may be held within the internal aqueous space. The location depends on the formulation.
BPhospholipid bilayer
A lipid membrane surrounds the aqueous core. Lipid-compatible actives may associate with this membrane.
CThe complete formulation
Active loading, lipid source, excipients and processing all matter. Evaluate the structure and stability of the specific formulation.

format.
Capsules & tablets
Review powder flow, active loading, dose and the intended processing conditions.
Sachets & blends
Check dispersibility, moisture sensitivity, flavour and compatibility in the complete blend.
Other formats
Liquids, beverages and softgels need their own feasibility review. Suitability depends on the formulation.
01
Define
Ingredient, target format, intended dose, quantity and destination market.
02
Review
Active assay, lipid source, excipients and the documentation you need.
03
Evaluate
Sample compatibility, processing behaviour and finished-product stability.
04
Confirm
Agree the grade, batch records, packaging and delivery schedule.
What belongs in your technical dossier?
Identity & composition
Active assay and method, phospholipid source, excipients and relevant allergen information.
Quality & stability
Batch COA, microbial and contaminant limits, storage conditions and available stability records.
Delivery-system evidence
Where available, particle distribution, morphology and the methods behind encapsulation and performance data.
Document scope depends on the selected ingredient and grade. Confirm the agreed dossier before purchase.
Before we
build together.
Are all liposomal powders equivalent?
No. Compare the composition, active loading, particle characteristics, methods and stability. Data for one supplier's formulation cannot be assumed to apply to another ingredient or finished product.
Can I review samples and technical documents?
Tell us the ingredient, target grade and your document checklist. The team can discuss available samples and documentation before you place an order.
Can I use the same powder in a beverage?
That needs a formulation-specific review. Check pH, temperature, dispersion, flavour and shelf life. A powder intended for capsules is not automatically suitable for liquids.
Can we discuss a custom project?
Share the actives, intended dose, format, estimated quantity and destination market. Feasibility, sample work and commercial scope are reviewed before any timeline is agreed.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Include the ingredient, intended use, target specification, dosage form, estimated quantity, destination market and preferred schedule. Mention any sample or document requirements.
Your idea.
Let's shape it.
Tell us which ingredient you are considering, your target format and the documents you need. Our team can discuss samples, specifications and your project.
