Inside the warehouse
Our 3,000 m²
EDC warehouse.
NutriHerb’s EDC warehouse provides 3,000 m² of space for inventory storage and shipment preparation. High-bay racking makes use of the available vertical space, with a warehouse management information system supporting day-to-day operations.
Our warehouse management team oversees site activities, supported by video monitoring across inbound and outbound handling. The facility brings storage space, inventory management and oversight of goods movement together in one warehouse operation.
This supports the ingredient supply business of Nanjing NutriHerb BioTech Co., Ltd., including botanical extracts, functional ingredients, natural colors and fruit and vegetable powders. For each purchase, the required grade and quantity remain the basis for checking availability and preparing the shipment.
Storage
The 3,000 m² EDC warehouse uses high-bay, three-dimensional shelving to make use of its storage space. The warehouse supports stockholding for ingredient supply; available quantities are confirmed for the specification and volume requested, rather than implied by a product listing.
Management
A warehouse management information system supports NutriHerb’s inventory and warehouse operations. Together with site supervision by the warehouse team, it forms the management side of the facility. Buyers can contact our team to discuss availability for a particular order.
Monitoring
Video monitoring covers the movement of goods from inbound receipt through outbound handling. This supports visual oversight of warehouse activities. It complements the physical storage and management systems; it is not presented here as a live customer tracking service.
Dispatch
Our loading supervision team works at shipment ports in China, checking packing and goods condition against customer specifications. Shipment follow-up includes updates to the consignee when Estimated Time of Departure or Estimated Time of Arrival changes.
From warehouse to departure
Loading checks.
Shipment updates.
NutriHerb’s warehouse service extends to loading supervision at shipment ports in China. Our team checks the packing and condition of the goods against the customer specifications agreed for the shipment.
The checks therefore depend on the order details: the requested packaging, label information and any agreed handling instructions. Sending those requirements before shipment preparation gives the loading team a defined reference to work from.
We also follow shipment progress and notify the consignee of changes to ETD and ETA. These are estimated departure and arrival times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier schedules and destination procedures can still affect the receiving plan.

Before the shipment moves
What we need
before dispatch.
Our warehouse facilities describe how NutriHerb stores and prepares goods. Your order brief supplies the detail needed for a particular shipment: the ingredient, grade, quantity, packing and destination.
If purchasing depends on sample approval or a document review, identify that step before agreeing a dispatch schedule. NutriHerb provides samples and product records to support evaluation; the applicable documents and packing options should be confirmed for the material being ordered.
A practical starting point
Ingredient + specification + quantity + destination + target delivery window.
Product & batch documents
NutriHerb offers Certificates of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), specifications and batch-specific test reports. Let us know which documents your quality team needs, and whether the review is for supplier qualification, a sample or a commercial batch.
Where an acceptance decision depends on a test method or specification limit, name it in the request. A general product specification describes the grade; the applicable batch record relates to the material being supplied. Any additional testing or document format should be discussed for the selected ingredient.
Sample review before a bulk order
A sample lets your team evaluate an ingredient before deciding on a larger purchase. Tell us the grade, intended application and amount needed for the assessment. Your evaluation criteria are helpful too, particularly when you are comparing a proposed ingredient with an existing purchasing specification.
Allow time for your own testing and feedback. Once the evaluation is complete, record the requirements approved for commercial supply. A sample request does not reserve bulk stock, so quantity and timing still need to be checked for the order.
Packing & receiving instructions
Specify the requested pack size, label content and any instructions from the receiving warehouse. If your facility needs a delivery appointment or a particular document with the goods, include that requirement in the brief rather than leaving it until the shipment is on its way.
Special packaging and handling options depend on the ingredient and the agreed order. A useful packing brief separates essential requirements from preferences, so both teams can resolve any limitations before loading.
Destination & delivery coordination
Give us the destination country, receiving address or port, consignee contact and target arrival window. If your forwarder or a third-party warehouse is involved, provide the relevant contact and booking instructions.
Work back from the date you need the material at your facility. Document review, sample approval, shipment preparation, transport and receiving may each need time. Before placing the order, agree who handles the transport and destination arrangements, and which documents each party needs. A departure estimate and an arrival estimate refer to different points in that schedule.
Useful details, upfront
Questions about
your shipment.
Availability, documents and delivery dates are specific to each order. These answers explain what to check when moving from an inquiry to a shipment.
Is every listed ingredient ready to ship?
Not necessarily. A product listing describes the range, not the stock available today. We need the exact ingredient, specification and quantity to check your request.
For repeat purchasing, an expected order frequency and approximate volume help with the discussion. Each order still needs its own availability and shipment confirmation.
Can I review a sample and documents first?
Yes. Request a sample and identify the records your team needs to assess it. The document and sample checklist above explains the information to send.
If a bulk purchase depends on approval, make that condition explicit. Evaluation of a sample and confirmation of the commercial batch are separate steps; establish the applicable specification and batch documents before proceeding.
What do ETD and ETA mean for my order?
ETD is Estimated Time of Departure; ETA is Estimated Time of Arrival. Neither is a guaranteed date for the ingredient to be available on your production line.
Transport changes, destination procedures and your own receiving checks can affect the final timeline. Use shipment updates to adjust the receiving plan, and allow time between expected arrival and the date the material is needed.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Tell us if you intend to nominate a forwarder. Their contact details, proposed route and booking instructions need to be reviewed with the order before a transport arrangement is agreed.
Confirm the collection or handover point, required documents and each party’s responsibilities in advance. This page does not promise that every route or arrangement is available.
What if our label or receiving instructions change?
Contact the team handling your order as soon as possible, and identify exactly what has changed. Label text, delivery appointments and consignee details can affect different stages of preparation.
Ask whether the change can still be accommodated before assuming it has been accepted. Once packing or transport has been arranged, a revision may require a different schedule or additional coordination.
Can this support an OEM or ODM project?
NutriHerb offers selected OEM and ODM services, including capsule and tablet projects within the available scope. Describe the intended format, quantity, specification and packaging when you inquire.
A finished-product project may need sample review and packaging decisions before shipment planning. Its scope and schedule should be agreed separately from those of an ingredient-only order.
Plan the next move
Tell us what you need.
We’ll start there.
Send the ingredient name, specification, quantity and destination, along with the date you would like the goods to arrive. Mention any sample approval, packing or document requirements that could affect the order.
If you have a purchasing brief, include it with your inquiry. If you are still evaluating options, tell us what remains undecided so we can address those questions first.
